The acquisition will further strengthen Unanimis’ leading performance network, Response, by offering advertisers full-service campaign planning opportunities across their online display and affiliate budgets.
The recent e-consultancy Affiliate census revealed that only 30% of affiliates deemed the recession as a threat to affiliate marketing, which shows confidence in this ever growing industry.
With a strong reach in the US and Europe, Global Direct Media brings its expertise of running the UK’s only non-fixed fee CPA affiliate network, which has proven to be the prevalent model in the US and will play a pivotal role in Unanimis expanding into these markets.
